App Dev - Java - Lead

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Go.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build serverless and containerized applications using AWS Lambda and AWS Fargate.
• Work with NoSQL databases, particularly Amazon DynamoDB.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design clean, maintainable, and highly available solutions.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Windsurf to improve developer productivity.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Go to build and enhance scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Java expertise and the ability to learn and work with Go., * Strong hands-on experience with Java and enterprise application development.

• Hands-on experience with Go/Golang is preferred.
• Strong Java developers with the ability and willingness to learn Go will also be considered.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably DynamoDB.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including:

• AWS Lambda
• Amazon DynamoDB
• AWS Fargate

Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards, testing, and deployment practices.

Experience with Claude Code, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
