• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Configure and enhance Salesforce Lightning Platform features, including Flows, Approval Processes, Security Models, and Automation components.

• Develop and manage Salesforce environments across development, testing, staging, and production landscapes.

• Implement and support CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments, ensuring reliable and efficient release management.

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using established integration patterns.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Support Agile delivery processes, actively participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and deployment issues while providing sustainable solutions.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce environment management and release processes.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.

• Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments.

• Understanding of software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and governance processes.

• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of ownership and accountability.
