AI Transformation Lead - Finance Vertical Full-time Mission In this role, you will be part of the Business Impact Leads (“BILs”) team and you will own the finance product journey for one Fortune 500 client end-to-end - from first deployment to the point where their CFO organization uses Aily in its weekly routines.You will sit between the client’s finance leadership and our Product, ML, and Data teams: you define what the product needs to do, validate it with real business feedback, and drive adoption until the value is undeniable.Your profile YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value Drive rollouts from entry-point finance use cases to enterprise-wide adoption; Own time to first active user and time to routine across finance deployments; Upskill and evangelize finance users through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns.Client Leadership & Executive Engagement Act as the trusted finance domain expert for your client and for internal Product and AI teams; Turn C-level finance stakeholders into active champions of the product; Communicate AI and datatopics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear business language.Finance Solution Architecture Translate finance routines into product requirements and AI decision logic; Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value; Partner with Product, ML, Data and Engineering on delivery feasibility and ensure operational readiness; Influence the product roadmap through client and adoption insights.ABOUT YOU Must have You’ve led a cross-functional transformation workstream with quantifiable impact; Deep fluency in corporate finance routines: budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, P&L and cash management; 6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or startup/scale-up environments, where you delivered under ambiguity and tight timelines; You’ve worked directly with senior finance or C-level stakeholders and changed a decision they were about to make; You’re comfortable withdata and AI concepts - data requirements, model behavior, accuracy trade-offs - and can translate them for a CFO.Strongly preferred Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients; Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive products; Experience mentoring, coaching, or scaling small teams or domain practices.Why Aily?Work at the intersection of AI, finance, and enterprise decision-making Take real ownership of outcomes and impact Partner directly with senior finance leaders across global organizations Hybrid setup with 2-3 days per week in our Barcelona, Madrid or Munich office Competitive compensation and performance-based rewards Open feedback culture, learning mindset, and memorable team off?sites Who are we?ABOUT AILY Aily Labs is a fast-growing applied AI scale?up founded in **, with hubs in Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, New York City, and Cluj-Napoca.We build AI-powered products that help large enterprises make better decisions, faster.Our flagship AI mobile app delivers real-time, actionable business insights across core functions, breaking silos and embedding AI directly into daily business routines.Our ambition is to become the reference platform for AI-driven decision-making in large organizations.#J-***-Ljbffr
