QA Lead - ETL/Database Testing

• Lead QA and testing activities for ETL and data-driven applications
• Perform ETL, database, and source-to-target data validation
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and transformations
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases
• Perform API testing and automation, preferably using REST Assured
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers
• Help define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and quality standards
• Support Agile development and testing processes
• Provide technical guidance to QA team members

• 10+ years of QA/software testing experience
• Strong hands-on ETL and database testing experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience validating backend data
• Experience with test automation
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr or similar tools
• Ability to lead testing efforts while remaining technically hands-on

Insight Global is eeking an experienced QA Lead to support systems testing with a strong focus on ETL and database testing. This is a hands-on quality assurance role responsible for validating data across systems, leading testing activities, and supporting both manual and automated testing.
