Job description

This is a key role focused on driving ERP performance, improving business processes, supporting users, and ensuring the system delivers maximum value across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and finance functions., * Act as the in-house Epicor ERP expert and primary point of contact

Support, maintain, and optimise Epicor ERP across the business
Work closely with operational stakeholders to improve processes and system utilisation
Lead ERP projects, upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making
Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to drive efficiency and automation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Proven experience supporting and developing Epicor ERP within a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and production processes
Experience with Epicor implementation, optimisation, upgrades, or business transformation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
Experience with reporting, BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, or system customisation would be highly advantageous
