Job description

Software Engineer, AI Platform - New York, NY (5 days Onsite), You’ll own production systems end-to-end: agent harnesses, provenance tracking so investment teams can verify AI output against source docs, and tool integrations - working directly with investment, IR, and ops teams to turn their workflows into reliable software.

Requirements

???? 3-5 years of software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JS, Rust, or Go)

???? Hands-on with LLM app patterns - agents, RAG, vector search, evals

???? Fluent with AI-assisted dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as a primary workflow

???? A track record of independently shipping production software

???? Bonus: experience in financial services or other compliance-sensitive, document-heavy domains
