ERP Project Manager

Plan and manage ERP projects across finance, HR/payroll and procurement modules. Coordinate functional and technical teams, configuration, testing, data conversion and training. Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk; report to County leadership.

Candidate strategy: Prioritize candidates who can demonstrate the required experience through specific projects, outcomes, technologies, and public-sector engagements. Role Summary: Manages ERP upgrade, enhancement and implementation projects. This category is bid with care; a strong resume is needed to support it., 8+ years in ERP delivery, including 3+ years leading ERP projects. Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP: Oracle, Infor, SAP, Tyler Munis, or Workday. PMP certification or equivalent ERP project leadership record. Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves Infor CloudSuite or Infor Public Sector experience, reflecting the County’s ERP platform. Technogen PGCPS Oracle ERP engagement experience. Local-government or school-system ERP experience.
