Global Talent & Leadership Development Manager- Bilbao - Bilbao

Overview You will drive global talent and leadership development within the company’s Talent Centre of Excellence.You’ll partner with senior leaders and HR teams to shape talent and succession strategies across manufacturing, engineering, operations and corporate functions.Your work focuses on identifying critical roles, creating development plans, and embedding data-driven governance to strengthen leadership pipelines.This role offers high visibility and strategic influence across regional and global levels.Responsabilidades Lead and continuously improve talent reviews and succession planning processes Facilitate talent calibration and succession discussions with business and HR leaders Identify critical positions and assess talent readiness across geographies Develop robust succession strategies to mitigate leadership and capability risks Translate talent discussions into development, mobility, retention and succession actions Promote data-driven talent assessment and decision-making Design and implement development strategies for high-potential individuals and leadership populations Build talent pools across manufacturing, engineering, operations and corporate functions Support leadership pipeline development and internal mobility opportunities Collaborate with L&D to create leadership acceleration initiatives Leverage talent data to support strategic workforce decisions Monitor succession readiness, pipeline health and talent risks Define and track KPIs to evaluate initiative effectiveness Provide talent insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams Ensure governance, confidentiality and consistency of talent information globally Partnership with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D and business leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions Support transformation and strategic workforce planning initiatives Contribute to a modern, future-focused talent management framework within the Centre of Excellence Influence talent decisions at regional and global levels to align with long-term priorities Requisitos principales 7+ years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Strategic HR or related areas Experience facilitating talent reviews and leadership assessments with senior stakeholders Strong understanding of talent identification, potential assessment and succession planning methodologies Ability to translate talent insights into practical business actions and development plans Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership Fluent in Spanish and English stakeholder management influencing skills communication talent analytics leadership assessment methodologies data-driven decision making
