Requirements
- Experience with backup and restore products for server and desktop
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
- Cloud computing and hosting services experience (Office 365, Google G-Suite, RMM tools)
- Basic local network connectivity troubleshooting experience (LAN / WiFi / Internet)
- Experience with virtualization troubleshooting and administration (Vmware / Hyper-V / Generic Hypervisors)
- Office 365 administration (mailbox creation, administration, and access configuration)
- Terminal server / remote access administration - remote user profiles, VPN assistance, remote printing
- Experienced desktop support (OS troubleshooting from basic break-fix to advanced disaster recovery of a non-booting systems) for Windows and MAC operating systems.
- Mobile devices support (iPhones, iPads, Tablets), and associated desktop management software
- At least 1 year experience in the IT support within a Managed Service Provider
- Organization skills to keep multiple tasks prioritized to ensure proper time management
- Outstanding phone and people skills
- Remote and on-site problem-resolution skills
- Strong Customer Service skills, * College degree in technical, business, or equivalent industry experience
- Microsoft + Other Industry Certifications highly desired
- Industry certifications from hardware vendors such as Dell, IBM, HP, and Cisco.
