Job description
- Design, develop, and implement high?quality, secure software solutions using Pega and related technologies.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve issues with consideration for upstream/downstream system impacts.
- Write clean, maintainable code in at least one programming language.
- Apply SDLC tools and automation practices to improve development efficiency and stability.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test?driven development initiatives.
Requirements
Our client is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications within a fast?paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate brings strong Pega development expertise, solid SQL/PL?SQL skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Must?Have Skills
- Strong hands?on experience with Pega development
- Proficiency in SQL / PL?SQL
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience
- Solid understanding of modern SDLC practices
Nice?to?Have Skills
- Experience with Smart Investigate framework
- Exposure to Cloud environments, * Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- 5+ years of practical experience in software development.
- Proven ability to develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Pega design techniques, rule creation, integrations, and UI components.
- Good understanding of database querying and PL/SQL.
- Working proficiency with SDLC tools and methodologies.
