Job description

Our client is undertaking a multi-year finance transformation to replace legacy Oracle EBS and GBS with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM. The program includes Chart of Accounts redesign, universal subledger architecture, large-scale data migration, and integration across finance, procurement, treasury, governance, and reporting platforms. It also modernizes data flows into the enterprise Data Lake to enable governed analytics and reporting aligned to the finance transformation roadmap., * Serve as the lead architecture authority for Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM.

  • Define future-state finance architecture across ERP, EPM, data, analytics, and boundary systems.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Compliance, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Establish architecture principles, standards, governance, and design patterns.
  • Lead enterprise Chart of Accounts redesign, including segments, hierarchies, controls, and maintenance.
  • Define crosswalks for legacy Oracle EBS and GBS to Oracle Fusion and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Design planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting architecture in Oracle EPM.
  • Lead EPM hierarchy design, dimensional modeling, business rules, and reporting structures.
  • Define COA-to-EPM mappings and finance data models for planning and forecasting.
  • Develop universal subledger architecture, transaction models, event structures, and data lineage.
  • Design real-time and batch integrations across boundary systems with governance and auditability.
  • Define canonical finance data models, API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.
  • Establish master data management and cross-system reconciliation standards.
  • Architect finance data pipelines into the enterprise data lake with harmonization strategies.
  • Develop enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-ready finance data models.
  • Review and approve solution designs, specs, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Lead architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technology governance forums.
  • Mentor architects and engineering teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Requirements

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.   • 7+ years with Oracle ERP platforms, including Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle EPM architecture and implementation.
  • Experience on finance transformation initiatives exceeding $100M.
  • Leadership of COA modernization and financial data transformation programs.
  • Integration design across ERP, procurement, treasury, reconciliation, and planning platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, consolidations, financial close, treasury operations, master data management, and enterprise data architecture.
