Job description
In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent business applications and automated workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with modern, AI-assisted development practices to build scalable business systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience delivering full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong background in relational database development, data modeling, complex query design using T-SQL, SQL Server, XML, and enterprise reporting technologies such as SSRS.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding platforms, such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or comparable solutions, to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Familiarity with MCP servers, AI orchestration, workflow automation, and related integration frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered.

- Experience developing technology solutions within professional services, consulting, or other complex enterprise environments.
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience developing API-based integrations, automation scripts, and data workflows using technologies such as PowerShell, REST APIs, cloud collaboration tools, CRM platforms, document or content management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and human resources applications.
- Knowledge of enterprise application integration, workflow automation, cloud-based business systems, and secure data exchange patterns.
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD practices, and development lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
