Salesforce Technical Architect

• Leading the design and implementation of solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
• Acting as the technical authority for your squad, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews
• Building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to shape technical direction and architecture decisions
• Designing and delivering integrations using APIs and event-driven approaches
• Owning end-to-end deliveryfrom design through to deployment and support
• Driving engineering best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

• Platform Developer II certification (essential)
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills, Application Architect or similar certifications
• Experience in a regulated or healthcare environment
• Exposure to Experience Cloud or MuleSoft

Clinical Partners, a leading mental health service provider, are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our engineering team and help shape the future of our Salesforce platform.

This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to London, offering the opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with meaningful, purpose-driven work that supports mental health services across the UK.

As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will own the design and delivery of scalable solutions, lead a small team of developers, and work closely with Product and Architecture to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will also play a key role in driving technical standards and shaping the platform’s direction.
