Overview In this role you drive AI strategy and implementation for industrial clients within Siemens Advanta.You work on agentic AI solutions, from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world OT/IT challenges.You lead client conversations, design scalable architectures, and prototype innovative AI approaches that enable measurable value.The position combines deep technical execution with strategic influence in a global, inclusive environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios flexible benefits continuous learning and development opportunities shareholder matching programs inclusive workplace and belonging international, multicultural environment Responsabilidades Shape and lead cross-functional projects to design and implement agentic AI systems leveraging foundation models Own and architect enterprise AI solutions in collaboration with domain experts and clients Lead client discussions translating business needs into technical approaches Develop production-grade AI software and coordinate with third-party developers for scalable features in OT & IT environments Define overall AI architectures for industrial applications Communicate results to stakeholders across levels, from management to operators Prototype novel AI solutions to demonstrate transformative potential Travel to client sites for project delivery Requisitos principales Master’s in Computer Science or related field with specialization in Data Science, ML or Data Engineering 3+ years in consultancy or industrial/tech environments with a track record in data and AI Hands-on experience deploying GenAI applications and agentic AI frameworks (e.G., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK) Proficiency in Python for data analytics and AI development Cloud platform expertise with emphasis on Azure and Microsoft Foundry Knowledge of data warehousing/engineering (Snowflake & dbt) Experience with AI applied to business/industrial data and IT/OT architectures Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders Strong drive and entrepreneurial mindset Curiosity and willingness to learn Team spirit and collaboration GenAI applications Agentic AI frameworks (Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK) Python
