Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, implement, and migrate enterprise-level solutions. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft Power Platform, Azure data services, and custom software development to build scalable applications, automate core business processes, and deliver advanced data analytics and integration solutions., * Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions utilizing the full Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power BI, and Power Automate.

• Design robust data models, security roles, and business rules within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Build custom components, plugins, extensions, and integrations utilizing C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Plan and execute enterprise data integrations and migrations using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management (ALM), and automated deployments across Power Platform environments using DevOps practices.
• Modernize and automate business workflows, ensuring high system availability, security, and performance standards.
• Develop conversational AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio where applicable.
• Maintain, customize, and integrate SharePoint Online environments, modern web parts (SPFx), and automation scripts via PowerShell.

• Total IT Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional software development and technical IT experience.
• Power Platform & Dataverse: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and migrating solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
• Custom Development: Minimum 5 years of custom application and plugin development experience using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Data Integration & Migration: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise data pipelines and migration strategies using Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse.
• DevOps & ALM: Minimum 2 years of experience managing solution packaging, deployment automation, and environment governance using Azure DevOps in Power Platform environments.
• Hands-on experience developing agents, chatbots, or generative AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong background working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), and PowerShell scripting for administration and deployment automation.
• Proven ability to analyze complex legacy workflows and translate business requirements into scalable, low-code/pro-code hybrid solutions., * Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse (Required 5 Years)
• Experience in designing, implementing and migrating solutions utilizing Power Platform, including all : Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow) (Required 5 Years)
• Custom Development experience using .Net, JavaScript and C# (Required 5 Years)
• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform Environments (Required 2 Years)
• Total IT expierence (Required 8 Years)
• Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using Azure Synapse/Azure Data Factory (Required 3 Years)
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Highly Desired 1 Years)
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell Scripting and SPFx (Highly Desired 5 Years)
