Job description
Join a leading UK housing and social care provider managing over 750,000 homes. We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to drive the development of digital solutions that enhance our services and positively impact communities across the UK. Day-to-day of the role:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Backlog Management: Prioritise and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.
- Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, set clear goals, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years’ proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks and requirements.
- Experience with Product Management and Development tools such as Aha! or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about delivering products that make a difference.
- UK Security Clearable.
