• 8-10+ years of Workday experience preferred (6-8 years considered based on depth)
• Strong experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules
• Broad Workday ecosystem knowledge (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Financials, integrations)
• Strong application development background with Java experience
• AWS cloud experience required
• Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with HR, Finance, IT leaders, and executive teams
