Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer supports Department of Defense (DoD) programs by designing, developing, securing, and maintaining mission-critical software solutions built on the Microsoft development ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript/EXT JS, and modern web development practices, along with disciplined engineering methods suitable for classified or sensitive environments. • Design and implement secure software solutions using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, asp.NET and Visual Studio.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, EXT JS, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases in controlled environments.
• Develop advanced T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and performance-tuned queries.
• Implement secure database schemas, access controls, auditing, and backup/recovery strategies compliant with DoD requirements.

• Apply DoD Secure Coding Guidelines, STIGs, and RMF controls throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation.
• Produce high-quality documentation suitable for configuration management, accreditation packages, and government audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and Microsoft development tools.
• Strong experience with SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and advanced T-SQL scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex front-end applications using JavaScript and EXT JS.
• Experience developing software in compliance with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, STIGs, secure coding).
