Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to provide hands-on project and program management support across interconnected marketing measurement initiatives, with a primary focus on LMS and LTS delivery.\n \n \nThis role will translate complex, evolving work into clear project plans, maintain cross-functional alignment across technical and business teams, and establish the operating discipline needed to keep programs moving forward. The Technical Program Manager will work closely with program leads to document decisions, clarify ownership, manage dependencies, track risks, and ensure consistent follow-through across teams.\n \n \nThis is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive execution without direct authority.\n \n

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management leading complex, cross-functional programs. \n

  • 2+ years of experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, and delivery timelines. \n

  • 2+ years of experience driving alignment and execution across teams without direct authority. \n

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \n

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills. \n

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments. \n

  • Experience supporting analytics, measurement, data science, marketing technology, or other data-intensive programs. \n

  • Experience working across technical, analytical, business, and external partner teams. \n

  • Familiarity with marketing measurement or marketing analytics. \n

  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is helpful but not required. \n

  • Strong judgment around risk management, escalation, and cross-functional decision-making. \n

  • Ability to build structure and operating discipline within complex programs. \n

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps, including scope, phases, milestones, owners, dependencies, sequencing, decision points, and target dates. \n

  • Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for program status, decisions, requirements, ownership, risks, and next steps. \n

  • Establish a lightweight stakeholder operating cadence with clear status updates, decision points, communication support, and escalation items. \n

  • Identify potential delivery risks and dependencies early and escalate issues appropriately. \n

  • Support cross-functional communication and alignment across technical, analytical, business, and external partner teams. \n

Role Scope

This role owns the broader cross-functional delivery layer that connects technical work with measurement, marketing, finance, and business stakeholder dependencies.\n \n \nExisting technical program coordination within technical and data science teams will remain with those respective teams.\n \n Measurement Leadership Retains Ownership Of

\n \n

  • Measurement strategy and methodology \n

  • Material scope and measurement-design decisions \n

  • Business interpretation and recommendations \n

  • Executive and senior stakeholder alignment \n

  • Final prioritization, tradeoff, and strategic decisions \n

Technical teams and partners retain accountability for technical, data, modeling, and analytical deliverables.\n \n \nThe Technical Program Manager owns the connective tissue across these groups, including:\n \n \n \n

  • Clear ownership \n

  • Integrated timelines \n

  • Dependency management \n

  • Cross-team follow-through \n

  • Communication support \n

  • Risk and issue tracking \n

  • Early escalation of delivery risks \n

Initial Success Criteria

Within the first phase of the engagement, the programs should have:\n \n \n \n

  • Usable, integrated delivery plans \n

  • Clearly defined owners and dependencies \n

  • Defined milestones and decision points \n

  • Active risk and issue tracking \n

  • A dependable cross-functional operating cadence \n

  • A centralized source of truth for program status and decisions \n
