Job description

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake.
  • Support enterprise data warehousing, data integration, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data integration solutions.
  • Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
  • Optimize ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct root cause and impact analysis for source system changes, database enhancements, and business rule modifications.
  • Assess upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
  • Support testing, UAT, deployments, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation supporting data governance, lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.

  • Performance Tuning, Root Cause Analysis, and Impact Analysis
  • Release Management, Data Governance, and Data Lineage

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise ETL, data integration, and data warehouse solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, Snowflake, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues, optimizing ETL performance, validating data quality, and managing upstream/downstream dependencies.
  • Experience supporting the full development lifecycle, including testing, UAT, deployments, release management, and production support in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
