Network Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Video System Integration, or Wireless Communications
• Strong IP networking knowledge: Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS
• Experience with video equipment and Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Experience with outdoor wireless deployments; Cambium Networks is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• CCNA, Network+, JNCIA, or similar certification
• OSPF, BGP, MPLS, LDP, or other routing experience
• RF / microwave / line-of-sight experience
• Experience supporting public safety or mission-critical communication systems
