Senior Manager Information Security

• Lead and develop a team of security professionals
• Drive cloud security strategy in AWS environments
• Build and mature DevSecOps practices
• Strengthen IAM, access controls, and privileged access management
• Partner closely with infrastructure, engineering, and application teams
• Improve security automation and operational efficiency
• Create security frameworks that enable delivery rather than slow it down
• Help shape the future security operating model

• Leadership experience within Information Security
• Strong AWS security experience
• Experience with IAM, RBAC, and privileged access controls
• DevSecOps and security automation expertise
• Security engineering or cloud security background
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Ability to mentor teams and solve technical challenges

Required Experience

• Leadership experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Engineering
• Strong AWS cloud security experience
• IAM (Identity & Access Management) expertise, including role-based access controls and privileged access management
• Experience implementing or leading DevSecOps initiatives
• Security engineering background with hands-on technical depth
• Experience partnering with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Application teams
• Track record of coaching and developing technical teams
• Ability to balance security requirements with business and operational needs

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience leading security transformation initiatives
• Security automation experience
• AWS security architecture experience
• Experience building or maturing IAM programs
• Government, public sector, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience
• CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or similar certifications

Base salary up to 137k depending on experience
