Job description
- Provide desktop and laptop break/fix support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage ticket queue, including prioritization, resolution, documentation, and escalation.
- Perform PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and SCCM-based patching and software distribution.
- Support Active Directory user accounts, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Monitor Veeam backups, perform tape rotations, and assist with basic recovery procedures.
- Support local IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Cisco switches, network connectivity, and Check Point firewalls.
- Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
- Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server support.
- SCCM/MECM administration, software deployment, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Cisco switches, and Check Point firewalls.
- Experience with Veeam backups and infrastructure support.
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills., * 7+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments preferred.
- Familiarity with EasyVista, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on site support role.
