Sr. EDI Analyst

Our direct end client which is one of the transportation and logistics company, a leader in brokered transportation is urgently looking to hire Sr. EDI Analyst - Multiple Locations (Hybrid) . This is a Contract opportunity., Seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to lead customer integrations and support EDI/API initiatives across transportation and logistics operations. This role partners with customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, manage testing, and drive successful implementations involving EDI, API, XML, JSON, CSV, and X12 transactions., * Gather and analyze customer integration requirements for EDI, API, X12 (204, 210, 214, 990), XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file transactions.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and mapping documents for development teams.
• Coordinate with developers to design, test, and implement integration solutions.
• Perform end-to-end testing with customers, trading partners, and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve EDI/API production issues and enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Support process improvements, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead customer communications, project status updates, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide regular reporting and project updates to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in application support, business analysis, or project/program management.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with EDI, APIs, and TMS platforms.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience supporting integration projects.
• Working knowledge of X12 EDI standards, XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file processing.
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
