Software Test Analyst :: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

• 5 years of experience in designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Ability to analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design effective, reusable test cases.
• Experience in generating and documenting test plans and strategies.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman and Rest Client.
• Experience automating web applications using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright for Java library and Selenium WebDriver.
• Background in financial and government domains.

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in generating testing reports and metrics.
• Proficiency in using ADA Compliance testing tools.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs.
• Senior-level experience in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

Agile & Collaboration:

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
