Web Developer

Overview We are seeking a Web Developer with strong API integration experience to support the ongoing development and expansion of a web-based platform used for onboarding, security management, and operational processes within a data center environment. This platform is currently supporting one location and is being scaled to support additional sites across the organization. This role requires a developer who can build and maintain backend integrations while also contributing to a clean, intuitive user experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full web application stack and has a solid understanding of UX/UI principles. Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications supporting onboarding, security, and operational workflows. * Design and implement API integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms. * Collaborate with stakeholders to scale the platform for use across multiple locations. * Improve application performance, reliability, and security. * Create user-friendly interfaces and workflows that provide an excellent user experience. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application enhancements. * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks. * Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Qualifications * 3+ years of professional web development experience. * Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. * Proficiency with modern web development technologies and frameworks. * Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications and services. * Understanding of web application security concepts and best practices. * Experience designing intuitive user interfaces and improving user experiences. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting applications in data center, infrastructure, or enterprise operations environments. * Understanding of onboarding, access management, or security-related workflows. * Experience with cloud-based platforms and services. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Nice to Have * UX/UI design experience. * Experience creating scalable web applications used across multiple business locations. * Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity management integrations.
