Data Analyst

Robert Half is partnering with one of its clients for a true entry level data analysis project. Role is expected to be 2 to 3 months in length. Expectations are to help with an excel reconciliation project. Great opportunity to build out a resume!

Responsibilities:

• Examine records to identify duplicate entries, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.

• Use Excel formulas and analytical techniques to organize, validate, and reconcile large sets of information.

• Investigate irregular payment patterns and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.

• Clean and update datasets to improve accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.

• Maintain clear documentation of data issues, corrective actions, and recurring trends.

• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to review and interpret large data sets.

• Strong Excel skills, including experience using formulas to validate and manipulate data.

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrections.
