Identify Infrastructure Specialist - 409170

Our client is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Specialist to join their team on a temporary assignment of at least 3 months. This role will support the Office of IT on a university campus., The Identity Infrastructure Specialist will focus on single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and account lifecycle management to ensure secure and efficient user access. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while handling support tickets and maintaining system integrity., * Assist with single sign-on implementation and password reset processes.

• Manage account lifecycle activities, including renewing certifications and updating to new system versions.
• Support multi-factor authentication deployment and maintenance.
• Handle and resolve support tickets related to identity infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols.

• At least 3+ years of experience using and maintaining Windows and/or Linux systems.
• 1+ years of experience deploying and operating cloud applications in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model.
• 1+ years of experience with directory services, single sign-on, or account lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Identity Infrastructure Specialist

• Experience with ServiceNow.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
