Workday Time & Absence Consultant

• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience.
• Strong understanding of global time tracking rules, absence management, and leave policy design.
• Experience configuring complex absence plans and accrual rules.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking configuration, including time entry, validations, approvals, schedules, and calendars.
• Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations or implementations.
• Experience with complex Time & Absence integrations involving Payroll and Scheduling systems.
