Sr Conversational AI Engineer (RASA) Plano TX -Onsite

We are looking for a strong Python Engineer with hands-on experience in conversational AI and agentic systems development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the RASA Conversational AI framework and exposure to modern multi-agent architectures and communication protocols. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy advanced conversational agents using RASA and related frameworks Integrate multi-agent systems using Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols Leverage Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, and LangGraph for scalable agent development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end conversational AI experiences Design NLU pipelines, dialogue management workflows, and custom actions Integrate RASA bots with external APIs and enterprise systems Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in multi-agent environments

Strong hands-on experience in Python development Experience with RASA Conversational AI framework Exposure to Agentic Systems and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication Knowledge of JSON-RPC protocols Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) Python with Java experience (huge plus) Java Spring Boot / Spring Cloud exposure AWS exposure Experience with LangChain / LangGraph
