Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate has proven capability to develop solutions in Salesforce and will work with business analysts, architects, and other members of the team to help drive innovation using the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices., * Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs

  • Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations
  • Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization
  • Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIs
  • Configure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyc) and remediation of bugs
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
  • Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree (bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred)., * 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations
  • Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
  • Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred)

Highly Preferred

  • Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications
  • Experience in regulated environments (CMS, Federal)
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.)
  • Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360

Public Trust Clearance:

Many of our roles require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
