Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead who takes ownership - from architecture to delivery.

In this role, you will: Shape our software & AI architecture

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
Build scalable microservices and agentic AI systems
Drive innovation in Generative AI and AI agents (MCP-based)
Work on a platform built with Python at its core

This is not a “delegate-only” role - we’re looking for someone who dives deep, solves problems, and builds the future with us.

What makes this role unique? You’ll define the architecture of a next-gen AI platform and directly influence how we build, scale, and innovate
