BI Analyst

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in line with business requirements and best practice
• Analyse datasets to ensure reports use accurate and appropriate data sources
• Create visually engaging, user-friendly reports that provide meaningful business insights
• Review and improve existing reports to keep them accurate, effective and up to date
• Deliver report walkthroughs and train users when new reports or enhancements are introduced
• Produce ad hoc reports and analysis to support business priorities and operational decision-making
• Present findings, insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the business
• Work with colleagues to understand reporting requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Identify trends, opportunities and potential issues through analysis of business data
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and business intelligence solutions
