Senior / Principal Firmware Engineer

• An extensive track record designing and building embedded systems, with a strong appreciation of applied hardware (including motors and sensors). This should include firmware used in prototyping to production ready delivery.
• Extensive demonstrable experience with C and C++ firmware development for ARM microcontrollers (ideally STM32). Additional experience with C# or Python would be desirable.
• Strong project development process experience including relevant automated tests for embedded systems, debugging complex hardware systems and even understanding of electronics schematics.

Projects are complex and sophisticated, so an ethos of teamwork and collaboration is fostered. This means that strong communication skills are expected. Further, technical management and architecting experience would be needed.

Due to the nature of projects, this role is based fully onsite at their offices and workshops. Parking is available on premises.
