SAP HR Payroll Consultant

SAP HR Payroll Consultant/SAP HCM Payroll Expert - German speaker - DACH region

We are currently looking for experienced German speaking SAP HR Payroll/SAP HCM Payroll Consultants to support major transformation and implementation programmes across the DACH region.

This is an excellent opportunity for senior SAP Payroll specialists who can operate confidently in complex enterprise environments and bring strong hands-on expertise across SAP HCM Payroll. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP HR/HCM Payroll consulting across implementation, transformation and support programmes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll solutions.
• Configure and enhance SAP Payroll processes.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Functional and Technical teams.
• Support payroll-related testing, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Produce functional specifications and support technical teams where required.
• Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Work with stakeholders across the DACH region.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM/HR Payroll.
• Proven experience delivering SAP Payroll projects within large or complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and SAP Payroll configuration.
• Experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM) is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP Time Management is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of payroll integration and interfaces.
• Experience working across the full project life cycle, from design through to go-live and support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience within the German-speaking DACH market is highly desirable.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
