Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Security Analyst to support and maintain security within our Oracle environment. This individual will be responsible for designing and administering security roles, managing user access, analyzing Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks, and partnering with business and audit teams to ensure appropriate access controls are in place. Key Responsibilities * Create, modify, and maintain Oracle security roles, permissions, role hierarchies, and security privileges. * Administer user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning activities. * Build Role-based (RBAC) and Attribute-based (ABAC) access profiles to automate and streamline access management processes * Analyze and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and sensitive access concerns. * Conduct periodic user access reviews and role audits. * Partner with business stakeholders to gather security requirements and translate them into system access. * Support internal and external audits by providing access documentation and evidence. * Troubleshoot user access and security-related issues within Oracle applications. * Develop and maintain security governance, standards, and procedures. * Recommend improvements to Oracle security architecture and access controls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle ERP security experience, knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite security. * Hands-on experience creating and managing Oracle security roles and permissions. * Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and remediation. * Experience with user provisioning, access controls, and identity management. * Experience supporting SOX controls, audits, and compliance initiatives. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. * Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or Oracle GRC. * Experience supporting Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, or HCM modules. * Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security and Oracle application integrations, particularly Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), including access controls, identity configuration, and integration troubleshooting. * Experience supporting Oracle Field Services (OFS), Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), and Customer Cloud Service (CCS) * Experience developing OTBI or BI Publisher security reports.
