Managed Services - SAP Consulting - Manager

As a Managed Services - SAP Consulting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through consulting services for various SAP applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored SAP software solutions
• Providing training and support for effective SAP application utilization
• Developing and executing strategic plans for SAP application integration
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex system interactions
• Promoting innovative design and emerging technologies in SAP solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing service excellence

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Consulting and SAP Best Practices
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
