Full Stack Developer with Gen AI

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, backend API development, and end-to-end application architecture. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience in Python and TypeScript development while also having a solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves designing scalable web applications, integrating intelligent AI capabilities, and building robust frontend-backend ecosystems that support enterprise-grade solutions., * Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and TypeScript.

• Build responsive and modern frontend applications following component-based architecture principles.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure seamless frontend-backend communication and integration.
• Design and implement end-to-end application architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Develop reusable components, services, and libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.
• Implement and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Design AI-powered workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions where applicable.
• Integrate applications with vector databases and AI model services.
• Develop secure and scalable APIs using FastAPI and modern backend frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release processes using GitHub.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices across teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Full Stack Development, AI, and cloud ecosystems.

• 10 to 15 years of overall software development experience.
• 6 to 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript and modern web application development.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and component-based applications.
• Strong understanding of frontend design patterns, application architecture, and UI development best practices.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Experience working with GitHub, source control management, and collaborative development workflows.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration approaches.
• Experience building AI-driven solutions and integrating AI services into applications.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementation patterns.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and semantic search technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and recommend scalable technical solutions.
