Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and secure Azure datacenter solutions while optimizing resources and costs using Azure monitoring and governance toolsManage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers, and FirewallsSupport the network team in defining and maintaining segmentation and firewall rulesAdminister and maintain on-premises server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and manage virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure Stack HCIMonitor server performance, availability, and capacity, ensuring effective backup and disaster recovery strategiesDesign and manage hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premises and Azure workloads, including Azure Arc implementationImplement and maintain unified security controls across hybrid environments using Azure Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra IDConduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and compliance audits aligned with standards such as ISO *****, GDPR, and NISTLead cloud and datacenter projects, including deployments, migrations, and upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teamsAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using ARM templates, Terraform, BicepQualifications:Proven experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and datacenter operations as well as strong knowledge of Azure services: Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, and MonitoringExperience with hybrid cloud architectures and connectivity solutionsHands-on experience with on-premises server administration and virtualization platformsFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, Ansible)Understanding of cloud and hybrid security principles and Azure-native security toolsExperience with monitoring and performance tuning in cloud and virtualized environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesCollaborative mindset with a focus on service excellenceMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ- 305)Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)Very good English and Spanish skillsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
