Staff UX Designer

This role will shape consumer-level experiences within an enterprise healthcare environment, bringing clarity and polish to complex product journeys. You will lead high-impact design exploration from early concepts through rapid prototyping, helping define breakthrough solutions for ambiguous challenges. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate design quality, align feedback, and ensure scalable standards across the experience.

• 7+ years of in-house design experience, ideally with complex features like ML integration.
