Our client is seeking an experienced Application Developer to support full systems lifecycle application development across critical eligibility, recertification, employment/work engagement, claims, and other business systems., * Develop system design specifications and solution designs

• Design and develop .NET web applications across front-end and back-end processing
• Develop Web Services, WCF, and API-based applications
• Create, test, maintain, and enhance applications
• Design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms
• Develop database, server, network, security, and software configurations
• Prepare technical, user, operational, and installation documentation
• Work with managers, programmers, support teams, and product managers on enhancements and implementations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for application, database, and IT issues
• Develop structured diagrams and detailed system operation designs
• Assist other developers/projects with programming and implementation activities

? ASP.NET MVC

? HTML5

? jQuery

? Bootstrap

? Web Services / WCF / REST APIs

? Front-End & Back-End Web Application Development

? Oracle Database

? SQL Server

? Data structures & data manipulation

? Database design, programming, testing & implementation

? Software conversions

? Technical & user documentation

? Experience with system design and program specifications

? Exposure to mainframe, mid-range, PC, and laptop environments
