We are looking for aPython Developer with strong hands-on AI experienceto join a project focused on building anAI-driven document analysis platformusingLLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows.The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of scalable AI solutions, with a strong focus on document processing, retrieval, structured AI agents and evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI solutions usingPython, LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.Design provider-agnostic interfaces forLLMs and embedding models.Build document ingestion pipelines includingPDF parsing, OCR, chunking, metadata tagging, embeddings and vector indexing.Develophybrid semantic and keyword-based retrievalmechanisms.Implement AI agents with structured inputs and outputs.Work withvector databases, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.Develop evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, classification accuracy, citation validity and prompt performance.Ensure scalability, explainability, security anddata-residency compliance.Produce technical documentation and collaborate with technical SMEs and stakeholders.Required Skills3-5 years of professional experiencein software development.Hands-on experience withAI/ML technologiesis mandatory.Practical experience with:LLMsRAGAI Agents / Multi-Agent SystemsEmbeddingsVector DatabasesPrompt EngineeringLLM EvaluationExperience with AI security, governance and technical documentation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
