  • Execute delivery in an agile Pizza POD model: rapid prototyping (using GitHub Co-Pilot / Claude/ChatGPT, etc.), short development cycles, and continuous feedback loops with users and stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog: write/refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are clear, testable, and aligned to outcomes.
  • Contribute to AI enablement within the product: identify high-impact use cases (e.g., NLP-driven insights, automation, decision support) and support responsible deployment with appropriate controls, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver solutions that are scalable, resilient, stable, and adaptable across testing organizations.
  • Establish and track success metrics (e.g., productivity, cycle time, coverage, reliability, control outcomes) and use data to guide prioritization and iteration.
  • Support go-to-market and change management: launch planning, training/readiness, documentation, and post-launch support to drive adoption and measurable business impact., Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we’re setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.

Control Management maintains a strong and consistent control environment through a joint accountability model that aligns managers with each function and region to mitigate operational risk. The team focuses on four areas: Control Design & Expertise, Risks & Controls Identification/Assessment, Issues & Control Deficiencies and Control Governance & Reporting.
