Build valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology infrastructure, Location: This is an on-site opportunity in Miami, FL, with travel to data center partner, vendor, and customer locations as needed. It is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys being close to the execution and seeing complex infrastructure projects move from plan to live environment. Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of technical project management, deployment, implementation, operations, or similar experience and demonstrated experience managing technical or infrastructure deployment projects with multiple concurrent workstreams. Candidates must also be comfortable working on-site in Miami and traveling to deployment locations as required. Our team moves quickly, works collaboratively, and brings together infrastructure, networking, hardware, deployment, and customer-facing teams to deliver complex projects successfully.Confidential Employer., * Manage day-to-day execution of GPU infrastructure and technical deployment projects from planning through customer go-live
- Build and maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, readiness checklists, dependencies, and action-item logs
- Coordinate data center readiness, hardware delivery, installation, cabling, networking, commissioning, provisioning, testing, and customer handoff
- Drive follow-up across internal teams, OEMs, data center operators, network providers, logistics partners, and other vendors
- Track hardware manufacturing, shipping, delivery, installation, carrier turn-up, and vendor commitments
- Identify risks, blockers, schedule impacts, and dependencies early and drive resolution or escalation
- Prepare clear deployment status updates covering completed work, upcoming milestones, risks, open issues, and decisions
- Lead project coordination meetings, document decisions, assign actions, and hold stakeholders accountable for completion
- Support purchase order, equipment order, vendor deliverable, and project cost tracking
- Participate in on-site deployment activities during critical milestones, installation, testing, issue resolution, and go-live
- Coordinate final readiness, acceptance criteria, documentation, and transition to operations and customer-facing teams
- Help improve deployment templates, project plans, readiness checklists, reporting processes, and lessons learned, * Work on highly relevant AI and GPU infrastructure projects with significant growth potential
- Get meaningful ownership rather than simply supporting projects from the sidelines
- Build deep exposure to data centers, networking, compute hardware, vendors, and infrastructure deployment

Requirements
- 3+ years of project management, deployment, implementation, operations, or related experience in a technical environment
- Experience managing infrastructure or technical projects with multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong experience tracking schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, and vendor deliverables
- Experience coordinating both internal teams and external vendors
- Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to recognize project risks and escalate issues before they impact delivery
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Ability and willingness to travel to data center and deployment locations when required
- Data center, cloud infrastructure, networking, telecom, server hardware, GPU infrastructure, AI compute, or high-performance computing experience is preferred, Requirements: Must-have: 3+ years of technical project management or deployment experience. Experience managing technical/infrastructure deployment projects with multiple concurrent workstreams, Miami-based technical infrastructure company hiring a hands-on Deployment Project Manager to coordinate GPU/data center deployments from planning through go-live.
