Collaboration Architect

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in collaboration technologies, Microsoft 365 administration, compliance technology, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms, including chat, messaging, voice, conferencing, and collaboration tools. Experience working directly with software vendors and managing technology assessments. Demonstrated Business Analyst capabilities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments concurrently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance solutions. Experience with Proofpoint Archive, Proofpoint Capture, Proofpoint Communications Compliance, or similar archiving and supervision platforms. Understanding of SEC, FINRA, recordkeeping, and electronic communications compliance requirements. Knowledge of data retention, eDiscovery, legal hold, and records management concepts. Experience with vendor risk assessments or technology governance programs. Microsoft 365 certifications or related industry certifications.
