Cyber Threat Language Analyst (Chinese (Mandarin)

ITI Solutions is seeking a cleared Cyber Threat Language Analyst (Chinese (Mandarin) to support the U.S. 16th Air Force. This position combines advanced Chinese (Mandarin) language expertise, cultural analysis, and cyber operations support to help identify, characterize, and assess foreign threats within a dynamic operational environment.

The selected candidate will work directly with intelligence analysts, cyber operators, mission planners, and operational leadership to transform foreign-language information into actionable intelligence supporting cyberspace operations and mission planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate, analyze, and contextualize Chinese (Mandarin)-language communications, technical content, and cyber threat information.

* Provide cultural, geopolitical, military, and sociological expertise to support target characterization and operational planning.

* Support cyber mission planning, execution, and assessment activities utilizing PBED methodologies.

* Collaborate with intelligence and cyberspace operations teams to develop collection requirements and analytical assessments.

* Brief findings and operational impacts to government stakeholders and mission leadership.

Provide training and guidance on Chinese (Mandarin) language, culture, adversary behavior, and emerging trends.

Required Qualifications

* Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance. * Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance. * Native or near-native Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency. * Demonstrated expertise in Chinese (Mandarin) culture, history, geopolitics, and military affairs. * Experience supporting intelligence, information operations, cyber operations, military planning, or related national security missions. * Strong analytical, briefing, and written communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and support non-standard schedules when required. *, Prior experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, Cyber Mission Force, or Information Operations missions. * DLPT 4/4 or higher and/or ILR 4+ proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin). * Experience supporting operational planning, targeting, or adversary analysis activities. * Military or government intelligence background. * Directly support critical national security missions.
