Security Architect

• Own the software security strategy and roadmap across the product line
• Define security architecture, standards, and best practices
• Embed threat modelling and security requirements into product development
• Work with software and product teams to drive secure-by-design principles
• Lead architecture reviews and security decisions on major projects
• Drive vulnerability management, remediation, and security assurance
• Improve CI/CD security and development tooling
• Define release security criteria and support product assurance
• Support compliance with emerging regulations, including the EU Cyber Resilience Act
• Coach and influence teams to raise security maturity across the organisation

We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to take ownership of software security across our products and serve as the technical authority on security. In this role, you will shape the strategy, standards, and architecture for secure product development, working with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to build secure, resilient products while supporting delivery.

• Experience in product security
• Knowledge of secure software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Experience with threat modelling
• Experience in vulnerability management
• Experience in security testing and assurance
• Experience with secure CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of risk assessment and security governance
• Software architecture and engineering leadership experience
• Desirable: experience with embedded systems, connected devices/IoT, Android architecture, embedded Linux, mission-critical systems, and product security standards and regulatory frameworks
