Job description
You will be the technical engine behind successful customer go-lives, configuring Dwellant to fit each client’s environment and integrating it with their existing systems. Working closely with implementation managers, product and support, you will translate client requirements into robust solutions that are reliable, secure and scalable.
From migrating complex datasets to setting up integrations and building tailored reports, you will turn business needs into working, measurable outcomes. This role suits someone who loves solving problems with data and systems and can explain technical detail clearly to non-technical clients.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days, you will be hands-on with data migration, configuration, integration setup and testing, while fielding technical questions from clients and colleagues. You’ll collaborate across teams, document your work clearly, and keep projects moving by proactively unblocking issues and communicating progress.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Customers go live on time with accurate data, stable integrations and the reports they need to run their business.
- Technical requirements are clarified early, documented clearly and delivered without surprises.
- Data migrations are repeatable, validated and fully traceable, with minimal rework post go-live.
- Integrations are secure, monitored and resilient, with clear ownership and support pathways.
- Clients feel confident because you communicate proactively, explain trade-offs clearly and resolve issues quickly.
- You contribute reusable scripts, templates and playbooks that raise the bar for future implementations.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Scoping and translating technical requirements into implementation plans and configuration tasks.
- Extracting, transforming and loading customer data using scripts and standard tooling.
- Setting up, testing and troubleshooting API-based integrations with client systems.
- Building and refining dashboards and reports to meet client KPI and compliance needs.
- Running technical workshops, demos and knowledge-transfer sessions with client and internal teams.
- Documenting configurations, data mappings, runbooks and handover notes for support.
Requirements
- You enjoy untangling messy data and complex systems and turning them into clean, working solutions.
- You’re a clear, calm communicator who can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- You balance speed with rigour, knowing when to script, when to templatise and when to document.
- You’re collaborative by default, partnering with product, support and client teams to get the right outcome.
- You take ownership, anticipate risks and keep stakeholders informed without being prompted.
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Hands-on experience with data migration, ETL processes and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python or similar).
- Setting up and supporting RESTful API integrations, webhooks and authentication flows.
- Working in a SaaS implementation or customer-facing technical role within a product-led company.
- Building reports and dashboards using BI or built-in reporting tools.
- Exposure to property, facilities or field service systems and their typical data models and workflows., All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility will be required.

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
