Product Owner

o Experience: 7+ years of Product Ownership/Product Management experience preferred, o Strong experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, preferably 7+ years. o Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions. o Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation. o Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria. o Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, Jira, and UAT. o Ability to participate in architecture discussions and challenge technical design decisions. o Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise AI workflows. o Experience working with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business leadership. o Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously and work independently. Preferred Qualifications o Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar Generative AI platforms. o Experience with enterprise AI governance, Responsible AI, risk management, and compliance processes. o Experience developing conversational AI applications, AI assistants, enterprise search, recommendation engines, or knowledge management solutions. o Experience working in the financial services sector. o PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification or an equivalent product ownership certification.
