Job description
- Support our Commercial Manager with the day-to-day production of sales files
- Record pricing anomalies, refer queries to branches for investigation, and accurately enter responses into our database
- Produce daily sales and rostrum reports accurately
- Work with our branches to protect BCAOS interests and update BCA systems with daily pricing and branch responses
- Work with our Commercial Team Executives and learn improved vehicle-pricing techniques
- Report vehicles outside tolerance to Commercial Team Executives for investigation
- Chase missing vehicle documents and assist with setting up new accounts
- Investigate over-age vehicles and provide Remarketing Managers with timely responses so vehicles can be entered into sale promptly
- Ensure customer SLAs are met and report delays to senior management for support
- Organize and store branch responses and keep our database up to date

Requirements
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Beginner-level Excel skills, including basic formulas, and willingness to learn more

This is a permanent Junior Data Analyst role based in Wolverhampton, paying £28,000 per annum, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
